  • Professional Viewings

    We carry out viewings with out corporate clients. During the viewing period your rent will be paid.

    Throughout the agreement term we take care of all minor repairs and maintenance. This service is free of charge

  • Purchase Options

    At the end of our agreemnt term, you can take back the property, renew the contract with us or we can purchase the property from you
